Do you have a way of catering without the The Colorado Pig Rig Food Truck?
Yes! We cater dozens events throughout the year without our beloved "Betsy" aka The Food Truck onsite. We are fully equipped to cater events up to 1000 guests. While the food truck experience is ideal we know that in some cases mountain weddings & events prohibit our truck from making the trek so we have invested in a wide array of catering equipment and farm style rustic decor to wow your guests!
