The CPR Story

Born into a family of farmers & entrepreneurs, surrounded by their mom's Midwest-style home cooking the Kriz Brothers together formed a dream to run a small business that would honor their love of food, family, and Colorado.

At age 22 the eldest son Trevor developed his love of food after joining the front of the house team in the opening of Phoenix based Joey's California Bistro under famed chef Tommy Tomaso. He learned the art of hospitality and fine dining through Tomaso then went on to hone his craft in other well known Arizona establishments knowing someday he'd like to carve out his own American dream.

Fast forward 13 years and The Colorado Pig Rig Food Truck was born!

Taking locally sourced produce and steroid & antibiotic-free meat, The Colorado Pig Rig will develop a menu for your event that focuses on seasonally inspired appetizers, creatively crafted street tacos and authentic K.C Style BBQ.
